Job summary

SoCode Limited in Worthing, UK, is seeking a Global Service Operations Manager to lead and transform multi-brand service and spares operations. You will shape the strategy for a global network, drive customer experience improvements, and establish scalable service processes.

Working with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, quality and supply chain, you will own operational excellence and oversee international service partner networks, with some international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global or multi-regional service operations.
• Background in supply chain, spares management, inventory optimisation and reverse logistics.
• Experience managing international service partner networks.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, with service operations and inventory management.
• Experience overseeing reverse logistics, repairs, returns, refurbishment and B-stock operations.

Global Service Operations Manager

Three days a week in Worthing (BN11)

£80k-£90k

We’re pleased to be working with a leading consumer electronics organisation with an extensive portfolio of brands across audio & entertainment as they look for a Global Service Manager to lead & transform their international service & spares operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take strategic ownership of a multi-brand service operation, driving operational excellence, improving customer experience and developing scalable processes across a global network.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, quality, supply chain, customer service and regional leadership teams, playing a key role in shaping the future of the organisation's global service function. A small amount of international travel will be required for this role.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience leading global or multi-regional service operations.
• A strong background in supply chain, spares management, inventory optimisation and reverse logistics.
• Experience managing international service partner networks.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, with experience across service operations and inventory management.
• Preferably experience overseeing reverse logistics, repairs, returns, refurbishment and B-stock operations.
