Job summary

HARMAN Lifestyle in Worthing, UK is seeking a Global Service Manager to lead service and spares operations across multiple brands. You will manage a global partner network, drive end-to-end service processes, and own the spares and reverse logistics strategy, aligning with marketing, quality and engineering teams.

The role requires extensive global service operations experience, strong SAP ERP knowledge, and a track record in driving performance and cost efficiency within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global service operations and transformations.
• Proven ability to build and lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong inventory management and supply chain operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy and execution of service and spares operations for multiple brands.
• Define the service operations roadmap with scalable, end-to-end processes.
• Oversee a network of authorised service partners and ensure performance.
• Own spares and reverse logistics strategy including planning, fulfillment and repairs.
• Collaborate with sales/eCommerce to maximise revenue from returned and B-stock.
