Job summary

SoftwareOne’s Microsoft Centre of Excellence seeks a Service Design Lead to shape, build, and launch Microsoft-focused services on a global scale. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Delivery to transform strategic priorities into market-ready offerings.

You’ll establish governance, scalable processes, and cross-regional alignment to deliver high-quality, consistent customer experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience designing, launching, and evolving technology services (managed or professional).
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, etc.).
Ability to operate across global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills to align teams around goals.
Understanding of cloud transformation, AI adoption, governance, and operational excellence.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar product/program methods.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and release of new Microsoft-focused services and solutions.
Establish governance, processes, and operational frameworks for scalable service innovation.
Collaborate with Product Management to convert priorities into market-ready offerings.
Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure market needs are met.
Drive consistency and continuous improvement across the service portfolio.
