Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing customer service, sales support or sales role.
• Experience in an international organisation or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Respond to customer requests promptly, aiming to provide responses within 24 hours.
• Process quotations, sales orders and customer requests accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the external sales team and visit customers when required.
• Escalate and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
