Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles.

• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Process quotations, sales orders and customer requests accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams.
• Escalate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
