Job summary

Jazwares in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Order Specialist to manage the order lifecycle from award to shelf. You will ensure accurate processing of customer orders and on-time delivery while collaborating with Sales, Product Development, Logistics, Traffic, and Asia-based teams.

You will develop dashboards, monitor checkpoints, and communicate order status to customers. A 1–2 year background in order operations and strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are expected, with an emphasis

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate processing of sales orders and track development schedules.
• Review orders for accuracy, monitor factory production and chop dates, correct discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between Sales, internal departments and Asia operations for updates and timelines.
• Communicate order status and resolutions to customers with clear, professional correspondence.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor checkpoints and on-time delivery.
