Job summary

Axonius is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join the global Sales Operations team, supporting the EMEA and APAC regions. The role partners with regional sales leaders to drive pipeline discipline, process consistency, and operational efficiency from lead qualification through deal closure.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems to support forecasting, goal-setting, and reviews while promoting cross-functional adoption of sales practices across regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
• Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, HR, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day ops partner for EMEA and APAC sales managers.
• Own pipeline management from leads to deal closure and remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate on regional forecasting, goals, and quarterly reviews.
• Support MEDDPICC adoption across EMEA and APAC teams.
