Job summary

Axonius is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the end-to-end post-sale technical lifecycle and customer relationship for designated enterprise accounts across the UK and DACH regions.

You will deliver strategic technical consulting on security data correlation, platform design, and deployment health within the Cybersecurity Customer Success organization, translating asset data into actionable workflows and driving platform adoption and high-value renewals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing technical account management or related delivery experience in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead post-sale technical relationship for UK and DACH accounts, guiding platform design and REST API integrations.
• Build and execute automated workflows and custom scripts to resolve operational pain points, including ticketing and shadow cloud discovery.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and data correlation assessments to demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor deployment health, identify blockers, and implement remediation to ensure customer retention.
