Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced HR Director to partner with the CRO and lead Global Sales HR across EMEA, APAC and META. Based in London with hybrid schedule, you will oversee People Operations and develop scalable talent strategies to drive performance and retention.

You will coach executives, implement global programs, and leverage data storytelling to align leaders on workforce priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in HRBP or similar role with international scope.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• AI-native mindset and ability to scale HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HRBPs and international People Ops support.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide localized support for international teams.
• Identify gaps in the talent lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
• Build credibility as an HR leader and trusted advisor to executives.
• Coach senior leaders and manage end-to-end performance and ER processes.
