Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Early-in-Career Sales Onboarding Program in the EMEA region. You will work with global and regional stakeholders across Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Enablement, People & Culture, and Operations.

Accountable for planning, risk and issue management, governance, milestone tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment with global standards while driving accountability across teams without direct

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing risks, issues, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong communication and senior-level reporting skills.
• Experience with project management tools, ideally Asana.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Experience within Sales Enablement, Sales Onboarding, Early Careers, Talent Development, or Sales Operations would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery for the EMEA cohort of the onboarding program.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Recruiting, Sales Leadership, Enablement, People & Culture, and Operations.
• Manage logistics, risks, issues, governance, milestones and reporting.
• Ensure the program remains aligned with global standards.
• Drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
