Job summary

BD is seeking a seasoned Integration Planning & Delivery professional to own the EMEA multi-workstream plan, drive delivery, and govern critical programs. You will coordinate regional teams, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure TSA exit plans stay on schedule.

This role requires strong facilitation and executive communication. Candidates should have 5+ years in program management, experience with cross-functional and multi-country initiatives, and familiarity with PM tools like MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Formal project or program management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent)
• 5+ years in project/program management leading cross-functional multi-country programs
• Experience in management consulting or Big 4 in M&A/integration/transformation
• Direct experience of post-merger integration, carve-out, TSA exit or major system migration
• Healthcare/MedTech/Life Sciences experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own integrated EMEA plan across workstreams with milestones and owners.
• Drive delivery, identify slippage early, agree recovery actions.
• Manage governance design and operation across functions.
• Prepare concise, accurate status reports and briefings.
• Maintain RAID log and dependency management.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and convert outputs to actions.
• Ensure effective decision making and recording.
