Job summary

Vaisala UK is seeking a Sales Manager to join the EMEA Power Sales Team in Birmingham. You will drive growth for our transformer DGA monitoring solutions, engaging distributors, EPCs, OEMs and key customers in an international field sales role.

In this position, you will travel frequently, manage defined territories, develop key accounts, analyze markets, and contribute to our growing DGA portfolio. Fluent English is essential and a technical/commercial degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of international product or system sales.
• Experience from the transformer/high voltage industry.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a technical or commercial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets for the defined countries.
• Develop sales through the distributor network by supporting them in opportunities and monitoring performance.
• Analyze new markets and identify potential distributors and customers.
• Manage and develop key accounts directly.
• Position is outside sales with frequent international travel.
• Participate in expeditions and fairs.
