Job summary

Vaisala UK is seeking a Sales Manager to join the EMEA Power Sales Team, responsible for a defined sales territory and DGA monitoring solutions within the transformer market. The role involves direct interaction with distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and key end customers, with frequent international field sales at customer premises.

You will drive growth in the transformer DGA segment, travel extensively, and collaborate with a global team of experts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Solid experience of international product or system sales.
• Experience from the transformer/high voltage industry.
• Motivation, curiosity and passion to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets for the defined countries.
• Develop sales through the existing distributor network by supporting them in sales opportunities, monitoring their performance, and ensuring a high level of activity and product knowledge.
• Analyze new markets and identify potential new distributors and customers.
• Manage and develop already created key accounts directly.
• Position is outside sales, frequent international travelling required.
• Participating in expeditions and fairs.
