Job summary

Vaisala is seeking an experienced international sales professional to join the EMEA Power Sales Team. Drive growth for transformer DGA monitoring solutions, manage a defined sales territory in the EMEA area, and engage distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and key end customers on site at customer premises.

You will conduct active field sales across multiple countries, achieve defined targets, develop sales through the distributor network, analyze new markets, and actively travel for expeditions and trade

Qualifications

• Solid experience of international product or system sales.
• Experience from the transformer/high voltage industry.
• Willingness to travel; fluent in English; additional languages considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and key end customers.

• Develop sales through the existing distributor network by supporting sales opportunities, monitoring performance, and ensuring product knowledge
• Analyze new markets and identify potential distributors and customers
• Manage and develop key accounts directly
• Perform outside sales with frequent international travel
• Participate in expeditions and fairs

Requirements

• Solid experience of international product or system sales
• Experience from the transformer/high voltage industry
• Motivation, curiosity and passion to grow the business
• Customer focused mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English; other languages are considered as a plus
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in a technical or commercial discipline
