Job summary

Rapiscan Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the Sales Director and the wider team across the full sales lifecycle. You will manage paperwork for orders, quotes, and tenders, and liaise with global teams to resolve technical and order-related queries.

Based in Salfords, Redhill, you will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to keep opportunity records up to date and may travel within the UK and Europe as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems is essential.
• Experience with Sales CRM.
• Ability to learn new in-house IT systems for sales administrative tasks.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Must have high organisation skills.
• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in a sales office environment is advantageous.
• Experience in a global company is advantageous.
• Experience supporting Europe region is advantageous.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the full sales lifecycle.
• Create, edit, and manage sales paperwork for order processing.
• Liaise with various departments for technical queries and order follow-up.
• Provide help and problem solving on Sales Orders and amendments/cancellations.
• Liaise with Sales Operations/Logistics/Service and Projects for key information.
• Collaborate with factories globally for key sales information.
• Maintain opportunity records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Assist with tender paperwork and creating quotes.
• Support marketing to create and maintain promotional documents.
• Willingness to grow the role and take ownership of sales for product groups.

• Travel within UK and across Europe may be required.
