Job summary

Engineered Arts LLC is seeking a senior leader to build and run its global support function. You will guide installation, training, remote and field support, repair and refurbishment across continents, ensuring a consistent customer experience from initial setup to end‑of‑life.

You will report to the COO, shape the support strategy with senior leadership, and scale people, tools and processes across regions while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building or scaling technical support across regions.
• Experience leading complex hardware service teams.
• Ability to work with partners and contractors at scale.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and operating model for global support.
• Lead the team and recruit across regions.
• Own the support budget, tools and partners.
• Oversee installation, remote support, repair and refurbishment.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and engineering.
• Set SOPs, KPIs and service levels across time zones.
