Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles and delivering service.
• Fundamental electronics knowledge for diagnostics.
• Hands-on mechanical assembly experience.
• Valid UK driving licence for travel to sites.
• Willingness to travel to global destinations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience exhibiting at trade shows or events is a plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical devices and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with venues to confirm power/network requirements.
• Execute final robot checks, packing and return checks.
• Travel to customer sites for setup and installation.
• Train customer stakeholders on safe usage and maintenance.
• On-site support during rentals to ensure robots perform well.
• Be first point of contact on digital helpdesk for EA customers.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and coordinate spare parts with production.
• Remote diagnostics to identify root causes of issues.
• Coordinate hardware needs and travel for on-site fixes.
• Represent EA at trade shows and events; assist booth operations.
