Job summary

Engineered Arts is seeking a senior leader to build and run a global support function for Ameca and Mesmer robots. You will define install, maintenance, diagnostics and repair processes, manage partners and internal teams across time zones, and report to the COO as a strategic partner.

You will travel extensively, with remote work from the UK, and shape customer experience, service levels, SOPs, and product feedback to drive continuous improvement across the installed base.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building or scaling a technical support or service operation across multiple regions.
• Significant leadership of technical support, field service or service engineering teams for complex hardware products.
• International customer support delivery across time zones, including remote teams, regional hubs, partners or distributors.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, structure and operating model for global support operations across fleet readiness, installation, training, remote support, field service, repair and end-of-life.
• Own the support budget and headcount with a clear business case.
• Define and own processes and SOPs across support operations; ensure adherence and currency.
