Invesco is seeking an Associate Analyst, RFP to support the development and delivery of high-quality RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses. You will work with senior RFP members, product teams, sales, and SMEs across regions to coordinate content, ensure accuracy, and meet tight deadlines, gaining exposure to global investment products.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or financial services (internship acceptable).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear and concise written communication; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and tailor RFP/RFI/DDQ responses across asset classes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain RFP content database and update materials across regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Review data points including AUM and performance figures for consistency.
