Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Database and Content Specialist to join NTAM’s global RFP team. The role focuses on managing and improving RFP content and consultant databases across eVestment, Omni Complete and Qvidian, coordinating with Client Relationship Managers, Sales Specialists, and SMEs to ensure accurate information.

This globally integrated role requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration across regions, and experience with RFP platforms or related content systems.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance or economics.
• 1–3 years in financial services; asset management experience preferred.
• Experience with RFP and consultant database platforms: Evestment, Omni Complete, Qvidian; others transferable.
• General knowledge of equity and fixed income concepts.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast, globally distributed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and quality-control skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills with global stakeholders.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, coordinate, and assemble information for regular consultant database updates using Evestment, Omni Complete and other platforms.
• Proactively liaise with SMEs to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions.
• Assist content manager in maintaining Qvidian content and flag outdated information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep firm- and product-level data current across databases and RFP content.
