Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a Group Chief Revenue Officer to unify global revenue strategy for a high‑tech RF engineering group. The role involves leading international sales across USA/UK, shaping pricing, governance, and performance frameworks, and coordinating multi‑entity bids.

The CRO will report to the CEO/board, travel internationally, and build a high‑performing global commercial organisation with a strong focus on growth, CRM and revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership within fast-paced technology or engineering organisations.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth and international sales performance.
• Experience leading global or multi-entity commercial teams across regions.
• Go-to-market strategy, pricing, revenue operations and complex deal structures.
• Operate at C-suite/board level with strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group-wide revenue strategy for sustained global growth.
• Drive KPI performance: pipeline velocity, conversion, deal size and margin.
• Embed a one-group commercial approach across operating companies.
• Design and implement a scalable global sales operating model across regions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global commercial organisation across sales & marketing.
• Lead complex, multi-entity bids and strategic opportunities.
• Oversee pricing governance, deal approvals and margin protection.
• Establish forecasting, reporting and CRM-driven performance frameworks.
