Costa Coffee is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to drive data-led decisions in a global revenue management framework. The role focuses on advanced analytics, smart pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth and efficiency across markets.

The successful candidate will translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations, support monthly reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in pricing, segmentation and margin performance.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with understanding of pricing, promotions, margins and elasticity.
• Advanced Excel-led analytical capability to handle large datasets and present insights clearly.
• Effective communicator and collaborative partner across stakeholders.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead robust analysis for monthly Revenue Management reviews with KPI tracking.
• Deliver pricing, product, and promotional analyses to identify opportunities for NSR and margin.
• Model price changes using Costa's Smart Pricing Tool to provide data-led recommendations.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and segmentation across products and stores to identify underperformance and growth.
