Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Global Consumer Analytics Manager to lead loyalty data analysis across the UK and global franchises. You will empower stakeholders with insights, build and run the Power BI suite, and translate data into strategic actions that drive growth in a hybrid role based in London and St Albans.

You will manage a small team of analysts, partner with Digital, Loyalty and Insight functions, and own KPI forecasting and performance tracking for consumer metrics across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consumer/loyalty analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong storytelling and communication to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading data analysts and managing backlogs.
• Proficiency with modern data tools (SQL, Databricks) and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global consumer analytics and loyalty data analysis.
• Collaborate with Digital Product / Loyalty / Insight teams to translate data into insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting for loyalty and commercial metrics.
• Use loyalty data to evaluate marketing activity and its impact on performance.
• Own forecasting, targets and performance tracking for key consumer metrics.
• Guide international markets on core KPIs and measurement best practices.
