You will process repair orders for a global customer base, handle quotations, approvals, and shipping docs, and act as the main contact for overseas customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/office administration/coordination environments.
• Experience in maintenance, logistics or operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP software and strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Process repair orders for a global customer base, including quotations and invoicing.
• Act as primary contact for overseas customers and handle shipping documentation.
• Support switchboard and continuous process improvements with other teams.
