Job summary

This strategic role collaborates with client quality units, account teams, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and service delivery that fulfills contractual obligations and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of quality, facilities design, and production/operation experience.
• Strong leadership with global regulatory and ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop, implement, and direct quality programs and CAPAs.
• Manage third-party vendor qualification, audits, and performance.
• Interface with client quality personnel to ensure quality agreements.
• Develop trend analyses and maintain compliance documentation.
• Supervise and mentor team members; share best practices.
• Ensure compliant implementation of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
