Job summary

JLL is seeking a Quality & Risk Director in Dundee to shape and lead the account's quality and compliance programs. You will oversee non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, vendor qualifications, and global regulatory alignment, ensuring audit readiness and top-tier service delivery.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Requires extensive experience in quality engineering, facilities design, and operations with deep ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management (or strong related experience) and extensive leadership in quality for facilities, utilities, equipment, and labs
• Experience directing strategic quality programs, regulatory leadership, and ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across global real estate and drug product manufacturing contexts

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality programs including investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, and vendor qualifications
• Manage third-party vendor compliance programs and audits
• Interface with client quality personnel to ensure adherence to Quality Agreements
• Produce trend analysis and maintain documentation for regulatory audits
• Lead and mentor team members across account teams
• Ensure implementation of QMS and ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare account status reports and drive continuous process improvements
