Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Senior Director, Quality & Compliance to oversee global quality and compliance deliverables for ILD sector clients. You will lead governance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure contracts meet the required standards across the portfolio.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning with CBRE values. Remote with minimal travel globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments including Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Government and Defense.
• Ability to create a program and implement amongst various stakeholders.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal global supervision to the sector and oversight to all accounts and employees responsible for Quality and Compliance management and operations.
• Create formal global program and interface with enterprise leadership to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Participate in any sales and solutioning for opportunities with clients that require Quality and Compliance programs.
• Manage all contractual agreement aspects and ensure staffing to achieve the quality deliverables.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and actualize best practices across the client portfolio.
• Research, create, and align quality initiatives with current requirements; direct continuous improvement objectives.
• Approve and negotiate terms of Quality Agreements with clients and vendors; oversee vendor management.
• Investigate deviations, events, and issues; guide corrective and preventative actions.
