Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or quality discipline.
• Chartered status or professional accreditation ideal.
• Proven senior leadership in Quality and/or HSE within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems implementation.
• Experience driving change across multiple sites.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Group Quality & HSE function and teams.
• Design, build and implement a globally aligned Integrated Management System.
• Drive ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification and continual improvement.
• Align quality and safety objectives with organisational goals.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
