• Lead procedure improvement activities to enhance service quality and risk controls.
• Conduct QA reviews and internal audits to assess adherence and effectiveness.
• Analyze audit outcomes, complaints and QA findings to propose improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, training and stakeholder engagement for changes.
• Support embedding of new procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformances, translating lessons into actions.
• Advise stakeholders on effectiveness, compliance, risk and performance improvements.
