Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Operations Service Excellence team in Gateshead. You will support the transition of ongoing customer due diligence to manage the quality process and improve real-time AML and customer experience across our payments platform.

You’ll maintain detailed AML/CDD knowledge, review procedures, and provide feedback to Advisors and Team Managers. The role requires strong analysis, planning, and communication skills with knowledge of FCA

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and ability to plan ahead to handle assessment volumes.
Excellent analytical skills to analyse data and produce MI.
Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex information.
Knowledge of AML legislation and KYC procedures.
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain detailed knowledge of CDD and AML to act as expert reference for the business.
Review policy guides to ensure correct procedures are followed and CDD procedures documented.
Make recommendations to change quality volumes for CDD and AML processes.
Provide feedback to Advisors and Team Managers on performance.
Identify training and coaching opportunities following assessments.
Ensure Worldpay compliance with FCA guidelines and other regulators; highlight risks to senior management as appropriate.
Act as a knowledge source for the business during change implementations.
