Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control or audit focusing on customer due diligence.
• Strong understanding of legal/regulatory requirements for CDD.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement: Review customer identification documents ensuring accuracy of files and report discrepancies.
• Controls Testing and Validation: Design and execute tests to evaluate system controls and identify gaps.
• Training and Development: Create training materials and coach the CDD team on QC standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare QC reports and maintain records for management and regulators.
• Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
