Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the Operations Service Excellence team by assessing ongoing customer due diligence (CDD) processes and anti-money laundering controls. You will analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to real-time quality offerings across our global payments operations.

You’ll work with stakeholders, provide coaching feedback, ensure adherence to policy guides, and highlight risks to senior management.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan ahead.
Strong analytical skills to analyse data and create MI.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Confidence to make decisions and propose solutions.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Quality experience is a bonus.
Understanding of AML legislation in relation to business entities.
Knowledge of KYC procedures for business and exceptions.

Responsibilities

Maintain detailed knowledge of CDD and AML as a reference for the business.
Stay aware of sectional procedures and strategic implementations for new products/services.
Review policy/job guides to ensure correct procedures and documented exceptions.
Recommend changes to CDD/AML quality volumes and processes.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide feedback to Advisors and Team Managers.
Lead or participate in meetings to identify training and coaching opportunities after assessments.
Ensure Worldpay complies with FCA and other regulatory bodies.
Highlight risks to senior management as appropriate.
Act as a knowledge source for change implementation feedback.
