Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of high-quality, competitive proposals for the Grid Solutions Integration team in the North and South Europe Region. The role covers tendering, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with commitments and commercial risk assessment.

You will drive proposals from initial review through submission, collaborating with colleagues across functions to ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
• Lead proposals across small to medium-sized tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of clear, accurate, and competitive proposals across the region.
• Coordinate tender inputs, documentation, and reviews to ensure completeness, compliance, and timely submission.
• Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with a focus on value and customer needs.
• Drive competitive pricing approaches that balance customer expectations with sustainable business outcomes.
• Assess commercial risks and contract commitments to support strong bid decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, technical, and operational teams to build high-quality responses.
• Contribute market and product knowledge to strengthen proposal quality and win potential.
