Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools to lead global product systems strategy, ensuring Salesforce and related platforms enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven commercial execution across data centre markets.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, optimize Salesforce architecture, drive integrations with ERP and CPQ, and deliver governance, reporting, and automation to support pricing and product catalog.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.
• Significant experience in a similar position, preferably within a global technology services organization.
• Significant experience gained within the technology industry.
• Multiple years of experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems.
• Experience within data centre, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Proven experience leading multinational teams.
• Deep Salesforce architecture and ecosystem expertise.
• Strong digital transformation and systems governance experience.
• Global stakeholder management capability.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy.
• Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives.
• Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems.
• Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.
• Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes.
• Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives.
• Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
