Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and architecture leadership in Automotive digital transformations.
• Expertise across Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant.
• Strong integration architecture and cloud platform knowledge (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Automotive clients and guide Salesforce decisions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across programmes and manage risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to plan, deliver and govern.
• Lead solution evaluations, shape direction and manage risks with stakeholders.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and promote collaboration.
• Support presales with solution proposals, target architectures, integration strategies and roadmaps.
