Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools to lead global product systems strategy across Salesforce and related platforms, enabling scalable, compliant, data-driven commercial execution.

You will drive architecture optimization, governance, and integration with CPQ, ERP, and analytics to support data center markets worldwide and elevate operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in a similar position, preferably in a global technology services organization.
• Significant experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, DCIM, CMDB and analytics platforms preferred.
• Proven experience leading multinational teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong digital transformation and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy.
• Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives
• Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems
• Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
• Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes
• Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives
• Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms

Job description

The Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools (m/f/d), leads global product systems strategy ensuring Salesforce and related platforms enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven commercial execution across global data center markets.

Key Responbilities:

• Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy
• Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives
• Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems
• Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
• Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes
• Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives
• Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms

Knowledge & Attributes:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree required
• Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial
• Significant experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization
• Significant experience gained within the technology industry
• Multiple years of experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems
• Experience within data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms
• Proven experience leading multinational teams
• Deep Salesforce architecture and ecosystem expertise
• Strong digital transformation and systems governance experience
• Global stakeholder management capability
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
