Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Service Cloud and Field Service. You will work with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to shape presales, design, and delivery engagements.

Role focuses on transforming field service operations, scheduling, dispatch, asset management, and integration patterns while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Field Service Architect within a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Two or more end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service, Field Service Mobile App and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and high-performing solution architectures.
• Define and optimize Field Service operating models including work orders, service appointments, territories, resources and schedules.
• Architect scheduling and optimisation capabilities, including policies, constraints and SLA-driven workforce management.
• Design intuitive experiences for dispatchers, field engineers and customers, including mobile/offline capabilities and digital signatures.
• Define integration and data strategies across Salesforce and ERP/asset management platforms.
