  • Recruit and develop a team of experienced procurement managers.

The Global Procurement team at Bramwith Consulting is looking for a highly qualified Procurement Manager to support the Global HR & Professional Services Procurement Category across the Americas & EMEA. The role will establish the framework and future plans for Strategic Procurement globally and lead a team of procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a best-in-class category plan for the indirect procurement categories under your control (HR, Temporary Labour, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Benefits & more).
  • Implement Supplier Relationship Management strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver significant savings through sourcing and demand management activities.
  • Apply a 7-step strategic sourcing process to run best-in-class sourcing projects.
  • Recruit and develop a team of experienced procurement managers to support future growth.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a large multinational blue‑chip.
  • Strategic sourcing and category management experience within indirect categories (HR & Talent).
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering or mathematics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and sourcing systems.
