Job summary

RS Group is redesigning core distribution and finance processes under the Process & Operational Excellence programme. The Workstream Lead owns end-to-end learning strategy to ensure colleagues adopt new processes and systems, driving readiness and business value.

You will partner with Process Owners, Change teams, SMEs, System Integrators, and Learning teams to embed effective learning solutions across a multi-year transformation landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Professional qualification in L&D, Training, Change Management, or Instructional Design or demonstrable equivalent experience in large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for a global process/workstream, ensuring readiness before/during/after go-live.
• Align learning with change management to drive adoption and business readiness.
• Oversee creation of high-quality learning content (ILT, virtual, e-learning, simulations, job aids).
• Manage LMS activities, learner progress, training records, and assessments.
• Coordinate global training delivery, including logistics and trainer enablement across regions.
