Job summary

RS is seeking a Learning Lead to own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end learning strategies for a global process transformation. You will ensure knowledge transfer and readiness across regions, partnering with Change teams, SMEs, and system integrators.

You will lead SAP-enabled learning initiatives, manage LMS content, and coordinate training delivery across multiple languages and countries within a major enterprise programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Professional qualification in Learning & Development, Training, Change Management, or Instructional Design (e.g. CIPD Level 5/7) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading learning workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience with SAP enabled transformations and associated business process change.
• Experience across complex environments involving multiple systems (ERP, data platforms, or supporting applications).
• Experience in learning administration with SAP LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for a global process or workstream, ensuring employees are ready for new systems and ways of working before, during, and after go-live.
• Align learning activities with change management initiatives to drive user engagement, adoption, and business readiness.
• Develop role-based learning programmes, training plans, and learning journeys that support programme objectives.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality learning content, including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, e-learning, simulations, and job aids.
• Manage learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner assignments, learning paths, and training records.
