Job summary

RS is seeking a Learning & Development Workstream Lead to own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end learning strategies for the global Process & Operational Excellence programme. The role partners with Process Owners, Change teams, SMEs, and Learning teams to embed effective learning solutions that support transformation objectives.

You will drive adoption, readiness, and high-quality training across regions, including SAP LMS-based workflows, WalkMe and e-learning content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business Management, Organisational Development, Education, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Learning & Development, Training, Change Management, or Instructional Design (e.g. CIPD Level 5/7, ATD, CPTD, Prosci).
• Experience leading training workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for a global business process or workstream and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Align learning activities with change management to drive user engagement and business readiness.
• Develop role-based learning programmes and learning journeys that support programme objectives.
• Oversee creation of learning content: ILT, virtual sessions, elearning, simulations, and job aids.
• Manage LMS activities, learner assignments, learning paths, and training records.
• Plan and coordinate global training delivery, including scheduling and logistics.
• Track training effectiveness and adoption metrics; drive continuous improvement.
