Job summary

RS Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead learning strategy and delivery across a global process transformation. You will design training, develop materials, and manage LMS content and reporting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support change management, and ensure user adoption during go-live and beyond. Strong SAP LMS and e-learning tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, HR, or related field.
• Professional qualification in L&D, Training, Change Management, or Instructional Design preferred.
• Proven experience leading learning workstreams in large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global learning strategy for a process or workstream.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of training content.
• Manage LMS administration, content, and reporting.
• Coordinate global training delivery and stakeholder support.
• Partner with change teams to ensure user adoption and readiness.
• Track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
