Aviva is seeking an experienced Process Change Analyst to support transformation and continuous improvement across Global Corporate & Speciality. You will map processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Product, Pricing, IT and Change teams to deliver customer-centric improvements.

You will investigate challenges, define future-state processes and capture business requirements from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement or operational change.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes with activities, hand-offs and dependencies.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis.
• Ability to gather, interpret and synthesise information to make evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, interviewing and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to adopt improved ways of working.
• Experience defining current-state and future-state processes and business requirements.
• Understanding of readiness, change impacts, risks, dependencies and ownership.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes and KPIs for benefits.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Structured, proactive and able to work independently in ambiguity.
• Experience across Operations, Product, Pricing, Underwriting, IT and Change teams.
• Business Analysis qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement methods.
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent.
