Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office and drive insurance-focused transformation initiatives, shaping TOM and business capabilities. Remote role with opportunities to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

You’ll translate complex challenges into actionable requirements, map processes, and support change management while ensuring regulatory compliance and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in insurance (general, life, specialty, or reinsurance).
• Experience with pricing, underwriting, or claims operations would be advantageous.
• Strong skills in process mapping, re-engineering, and optimisation.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to compare current state processes with TOM objectives.
• Support TOM design and implementation, including business capabilities and process flows.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Contribute to change management activities, including training and communications.
• Track KPIs and success measures for TOM effectiveness.
• Ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance in insurance operations.
• Manage stakeholder communication, documenting risks and blockers clearly.
