OneAdvanced is seeking a Change and Delivery Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team in the UK. You will bridge clients and delivery teams, understand current ways of working, and shape future processes to ensure real business outcomes.

You will run workshops, interviews and user stories to capture requirements, map processes, and document risks and benefits. A hybrid role with occasional travel to offices and client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or in a change role.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Great communication skills and stakeholder trust-building.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements via workshops, interviews, and user stories.
• Comfort with process mapping tools such as Visio or BPMN.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery; familiar with ITIL and governance.
• Experience across sectors or regulated environments.
• Experience with digital transformation (cloud, Microsoft 365) and tools like ServiceNow or Azure DevOps; change management qualifications (Prosci/APMG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between clients and delivery teams; understand current operations and shape future state.
• Run workshops and interviews to capture clear, well-documented requirements.
• Ask the right questions to differentiate needs from wants and document value.
• Map current and future processes so all stakeholders see changes clearly.
• Maintain requirements, risks and issues documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to design practical solutions.
• Plan change management activities, including communication and training support.
• Keep clients and internal teams aligned with regular progress and risk updates.
