Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Pricing, Commercial Excellence or related function.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in multinational B2B pricing and governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies with country and cluster leaders.
• Collaborate with Regional Pricing Leadership and Global Business Unit Pricing teams to apply global pricing strategies.
• Lead annual price reviews and optimisation initiatives through pricing analytics and market insights.
• Monitor market pricing, inflation, competitive activity, and performance.
• Resolve pricing inconsistencies across price catalogues and systems.
