Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Pricing to lead the Pricing function across UK & Europe. The role involves setting strategic pricing vision, building cross-functional relationships, and delivering value-based pricing across customer segments, products, and channels.

Responsibilities include establishing pricing frameworks, benchmarking against competitors, and driving end-to-end repricing initiatives with Sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, finance or quantitative field.
• Qualified Accountant or MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of commercial pricing experience in a value-based B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of B2B pricing strategy, financial analysis, modelling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pricing function across UK & Europe, setting vision and priorities.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional pricing priorities.
• Develop and implement value-based pricing strategies across customer, product, service, and sales-channel segments.
• Establish and maintain pricing frameworks, price lists, policies, and procedures for products.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform commercial priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to integrate pricing into value propositions and campaigns.
• Develop end-to-end customer repricing initiatives with Sales and leadership.
• Lead pricing input across lead-to-contract and renewal processes including the Deal Desk.
