Job summary

Experian is seeking a commercially minded Pricing Manager to lead pricing initiatives across a complex global business. You will blend advanced pricing analytics, commercial judgement and stakeholder influence to drive pricing maturity and measurable commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Insights, you will partner with senior leaders across markets, products, and functions to ensure pricing reflects customer value, business objectives, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, or Pricing Analytics within large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, including regression, clustering and segmentation frameworks.
• Knowledge of GLMs, tree-based/boosting models, regularised linear models, and Double ML approaches.
• Track record of leading pricing transformation delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience as a pricing SME across multiple markets, products and business units.
• Expertise in value-based pricing, willingness-to-pay and price elasticity analyses.
• Experience designing pricing research and experimentation (Conjoint, DCM, A/B, pilots).
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into clear commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pricing programmes across a broad product portfolio.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise value capture and performance.
• Design pricing analytics including elasticity, segmentation and willingness-to-pay.
• Build models to improve pricing decisions, customer segmentation and revenue outcomes.
• Drive pricing maturity through governance, tools and best practices.
• Advise senior stakeholders on pricing decisions with analytical support.
• Lead pricing experiments, conjoint analyses and market-based studies.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations for revenue growth and value capture.
• Collaborate across global teams to embed value-based pricing principles.
