Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a seasoned Global Pricing leader to shape pricing strategy for multinational customer partnerships. You will influence commercial decisions, bid outcomes and governance across regions, working with senior leaders and customers worldwide.

You will lead a distributed team, manage complex pricing submissions, and drive continuous improvement through data, automation, and innovative approaches. This is a high-visibility role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid management or related disciplines in global/multi-region business.
• Experience leading complex commercial modelling, pricing submissions and customer-facing bid processes.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in MS Excel, including advanced modelling, scenario planning and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing submissions and commercial models for multinational client bids, renewals and RFPs across regions.
• Own global pricing strategy, governance, discount structures and approvals.
• Maintain and enhance the global pricing model with data integrity and version control.
• Manage a global bids pipeline with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Tech and regional leadership to support decisions.
