Job summary

Experian is seeking a commercially minded Pricing Manager to lead pricing programmes across a global business. You will apply advanced analytics, pricing strategy, and willingness-to-pay methods to drive commercial outcomes. Partner with senior leaders to shape pricing in a complex matrix environment.

The role reports to the Head of Pricing & Insights and requires influencing cross-functional teams, designing experiments, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, or Pricing Analytics within large organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on strategic pricing decisions.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytical models and pricing research.
• Deep expertise in value-based pricing and willingness-to-pay methodologies.
• Experience designing pricing research including Conjoint Analysis and Discrete Choice Models.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pricing programmes and projects across a broad product portfolio.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise value capture and commercial results.
• Design and execute pricing analytics including elasticity modelling and segmentation.
• Build and apply statistical/ML models to improve pricing decisions.
• Drive pricing maturity through governance, tools, and change initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on pricing decisions with analytical insight.
• Lead pricing experiments, conjoint analysis, A/B tests, and pilots.
• Translate analytical findings into clear commercial recommendations for executives.
• Collaborate across global teams to embed value-based pricing across the organisation.
